We totally understand and take into consideration buying a horsebox is not just exciting it can often be a daunting experience and one of you most expensive purchases. We aim to make this as simple as possible and tailor this to each customer allowing us to design and build your bespoke horsebox.
Our workshop…
Our purpose built workshop was designed and constructed by us, this allowed us to focus on what we required for our customers and our business.
All horseboxes are designed and manufactured from our premises and we welcome any potential customers to have site visits and see our team in progress. Our horseboxes are sold nationwide and it is often not practical for a customer to visit us. This is something we have managed on many occasions. We listen to our customers needs/specifications and design something remotely in the knowledge that our photos and customer testimonials enforce what we do as a business whether you see us face to face or over the phone.
All horseboxes are built to the same high standard regardless of which option our customer chooses. Preparation work is key, from finding the right donor van to the fabrication of the floor, re-enforced aluminium bulkhead, strengthened ramp and brackets. All extensions to chassis have been fabricated to the highest standards and checked previously by the DVSA for safety, strength and durability.
We provide realistic build timescales to our customers, keeping them updated with build progress. We are dedicated to providing an outstanding service, defined by our quality of workmanship, design and customer care. Our values have always been around our reputation, manufacture, attention to detail and bespoke designs with safety and the customer in mind. Each new project has the same care and consideration as the last, which makes us stand out in this ever-increasing market.
Preparation
Paintwork
You have total freedom of colour choice and design of paintwork alongside complimenting this with vinyl decals, from a one tone standard paintwork to metallic or pearlescent in one or more colour combinations.
All of our horseboxes are sprayed by highly trained commercial sprayers who specialise in the sector, therefore providing you the highest finish to the paintwork. We use the premium quality paints whether it be a standard, metallic or pearlescent finishes.
Preparation is key and all parts of the vehicle are dismantled allowing us to increase the quality and longevity of paintwork.
Our attention to detail throughout all of these processes are to the highest standard, giving us the confidence that no matter which horsebox you choose you are going to be provided with something that exceeds your expectations on build quality and the level of finish.

Leather seats add a touch of luxury, whether these are just in the cab area and or seating in your living, you are able to choose from a plethora of colour choices and designs being able to compliment your bespoke horsebox for that personalised touch.
All our seating has our absolute attention to the tiniest of details meaning we guarantee a first class job every time. We work with the customer from the initial design concept to the finished project. Our knowledge of and access to the latest materials, whether that be leather or fabric keeps us up to date in the ever evolving market.
